Step-by-step: Virtually Dropping off your projects
Below are the steps to virtually "drop-off" a project for the 4-H show! Because of the nature of the system and the length of time that it will be open, we strongly suggest submitting your projects as you complete them! Alternatively, you can submit them in "batches" - whatever works for you. Please note that once you submit a project, no more changes can be made.
The deadline to virtually submit projects is July 10 @ 4:30pm CDT

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE PROJECT REPORT
All exhibits require you to submit a Narrative, answering simple questions that you would have been asked face-to-face. Complete the narrative and have it ready! Download the template below: |
STEP 2: VIEW THE REQUIREMENTS SPREADSHEET TO VIEW WHAT MEDIA IS REQUIRED
In addition to the narrative, you must also submit a selection of photos/videos. To view the photos and videos you need to take, check the Virtual 2020 FairEntry Exhibit Requirements spreedsheet to find the photos/video requirements. |
NOTE ON SLIDESHOWS: Most projects allow you to upload a slideshow of photos instead of single pictures. If you would like to go this route, be sure to be aware of the slide limit for each project area.
|
A quick note: Photos submitted will be posted publicly per Agriculture Premium Fund requirements. By submitting a photo, you grant University of Illinois Extension the right to use photos in our publicity.
